William has over 30 years experience in the fields of Learning & Development, Curriculum Design, Executive Coaching, and Organizational Development. He has served in Senior HR and Learning roles with a variety of leading financial institutions, including PriceWaterhouseCoopers, JPMorgan Chase, Citigroup and Merrill Lynch - both domestically and internationally in Corporate, Wealth Management, Global Sales, Operations and Consumer Divisions.
Since founding Corporate OD Associates in 2002, William has worked with client groups in the banking, securities, public accounting and insurance industries in developing strategies to address a broad range of issues in both Human Resources and Learning. Additionally, since 2002, he has worked with a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, professional services, utilities, oil and gas, and technology.
William’s work has specifically focused on developing competency-based assessments, customized client solutions and best practices evaluation. William has worked with all levels of management, from entry-level high potentials to Executive/Managing Directors to employee focus groups, utilizing a complete range of productivity and performance consulting processes and solutions. His reputation for exceptional facilitation and coaching skills has been recognized from both entrepreneurs and start-ups to C-suite executives which he has served.
