Training Design & Delivery

     Our Training Design and Delivery practice customizes programs ranging from half-day to 5-day training delivery on a wide range of topics.  Each class is custom designed to the clients’ specifications and includes instructor commentary and facilitation, small-group exercises, case study analysis, and real-world applications.  Based upon the clients’ request, pre- and post-work assignments are often a part of ensuring that the training is not just an “event” but part of a process to change behaviors and increase effectiveness.
